Program Reviews:
Summer 2026 Participant
One of the elements I found most rewarding was the daily assignments we were given. They allowed me to focus on a specific detail or element throughout our activities that gave me a new appreciation for the art or design we were experiencing. Additionally, the free time we were offered after our planned activities was a nice way to explore the city on our own and allowed me to pursue my own interests independently.

My favorite part of this entire journey was connecting with an amazing group of fellow students who are also studying design. Beyond the incredible friendships, getting to immerse myself in a new country was unforgettable. Since the program focused on design, stepping into European museums and seeing iconic works up close was truly amazing. It was both incredibly fun and deeply inspiring to learn from design history and make connections.

My favorite part of the program was the day trip to Germany we took while in Basel, Switzerland. We explored the Vitra Design Campus, which consisted of museums, studios, and shops, with an emphasis on chair and furniture production. The surrounding museum focused on furniture design and featured some of the coolest interactive exhibits of the trip.
