Program Reviews:
Joseph Wisman Lilek, Fall 2015 Participant
The variety of coursework that I had while I was in Reading was particularly rewarding; I took three classes in completely separate disciplines-- international climate politics, theatre, and phonetics. All my professors were extremely knowledgeable and wonderfully English. Outside of class, I acted in a show with the Drama Society and attended weekly lessons/socials with Swing Dance Society.

Reading wants to have more KU students study with them. Their Study Abroad team is top-notch and gave me all the support I needed while I was there. I never felt like I couldn't go to them for help.

Getting to know my way around Reading, both the University and the surrounding area. It's very walkable and there are plenty of unique shops and restaurants to explore around town. In terms of size, Reading's a lot like Lawrence, so not too overwhelming. But it's also only a thirty minute train ride from London.
