KU tuition for 8 credit hours (Level I, Level II, and some Level III) is $1,820 (amount listed above).
KU tuition for 9 credit hours (some Level III) is $2,175.

- KU Tuition includes $40 placeholder enrollment fee for on-site instruction as well as 5 or 6 credit hours of undergraduate tuition based on the Kansas Resident Standard Tuition rate.
- On-Site Tuition and Fee includes instruction at San Andres for 3 credit hours, administrative fees, AIG supplemental medical insurance and emergency evacuation & repatriation services for dates of program, and KU orientation.
- KU Program fee includes housing and some meals, cultural activities, and excursions.
- All other fees listed are estimated additional expenses. The actual total cost will vary for each participant depending on spending habits and travel plans.
Funding your Study Abroad Program
- KU Study Abroad can do personalized financial aid and scholarship advising for students. Book a virtual advising appointment.
- KU students who qualify for financial aid in the form of Federal and/or other loans, Federal Grants, and KU or outside scholarships may apply the aid to the cost of a study abroad program.
