These fees are the estimated costs for Summer 2025.
- KU Tuition includes 3 credit hours of undergraduate Tuition based on Kansas Resident Standard Tuition rate as well as School of Education course fees. Non-KU Students will pay KU Tuition based on the Standard Tuition rate stated above. Graduate students will pay KU Tuition for 3 credit hours of Graduate Tuition.
- KU Required Fee includes administrative fees, AIG supplemental medical insurance and emergency evacuation & repatriation services for dates of program, and KU orientation.
- KU Program fee includes lodging, some meals, books and materials, some travel in Italy, and guided visits.
- All other fees listed are estimated additional expenses. The Optional Excursion is for the Accidental Tourist.
- The actual total cost will vary for each participant depending on spending habits and travel plans.
Funding your Study Abroad Program
- KU Study Abroad can do personalized financial aid and scholarship advising for students. Book a virtual advising appointment.
- KU students who qualify for financial aid in the form of Federal and/or other loans, Federal Grants, and KU or outside scholarships may apply the aid to the cost of a study abroad program.
