These fees are the estimated costs for Spring - the Spring 2026 CIMBA Program Fee has not been finalized - amount listed is based on Fall 2025. 
  • KU Tuition includes one semester of $40 placeholder enrollment fee (FRSP enrollment).
  • The KU Required Fee includes administrative fees, AIG supplemental medical insurance and emergency evacuation & repatriation services for dates of program, and KU orientation.
  • The CIMBA Program Fee includes tuition for 12-18 undergraduate credit hours, a double-occupancy room in an on-campus residence hall, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the campus cafeteria), textbook rental, wifi on campus and in living facilities, laundry tokens and soap, towels and linens (changed weekly), housecleaning, international travel insurance (including health and emergency evacuation), bus transportation to and from campus for program start and end (dependent on flight arrival time), 2 gourmet Italian meals at a fine-dining restaurant, Cultural exploration activities (excludes independent travel), certificates and programs in leadership and personal development, and company tours. The CIMBA Program Fee will be billed through the University of Iowa.  All other costs listed are estimates for items that students will pay for directly. The actual total cost will vary for each participant depending on spending habits and travel plans.
