Program Description:

University of Hong Kong Study Abroad Scholarship 

Funds provided with generous support of Richard Paegelow, KU study abroad alumnus. The University of Hong Kong Study Abroad Scholarship is designed to provide funding to deserving, degree-seeking undergraduate students to study at the University of Hong Kong through the KU Office of Study Abroad.   Recipients must have successfully completed at least one semester of a Chinese language course prior to the Study Abroad program, meet the eligibility requirements of the University of Hong Kong, and enroll in one or more Chinese course(s) while at the University of Hong Kong.   Awards  up to $6,500.

This fund shall be used to provide two undergraduate scholarships ($6,500 each) for degree-seeking KU undergraduate students studying abroad at University of Hong Kong for one or more full academic semesters.

Scholarship application deadline is March 1 for fall and academic year and October 1 for spring.

 

Application Procedures

All applicants will be required to submit the following documents. Applicants who have not begun an application for the University of Hong Kong study abroad program will not be eligible for the scholarship.
